5- Most of us go out to work without breakfast, which is harmful. Due to excessive gaps in dinner and morning breakfast, the body level of the body is reduced considerably. In such a situation, it is important that you take breakfast. By not having breakfast, the level of sugar in the blood is reduced significantly, which can also cause many diseases. If you have soaked almonds, milk or fruits etc. in the morning, then it would be good.
